Have you ever noticed how refreshing a glass of fresh vegetable juice can be? Fresh vegetable juice is made by pressing or blending raw vegetables, preserving vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Drinking it helps us feel energized, supports digestion, improves cell vitality, and reduces fatigue. For the best benefits, we aim for juices labeled as 100% vegetable juice. Anything with added water or sugar should be considered a juice drink, not pure juice.
